At knit cage, we are committed to transparency and fairness in every transaction. Because we operate as an online thrift store specializing in pre-owned and secondhand clothing, all merchandise offered for sale is used, unique, and sold “as-is.”

Accordingly, we maintain the following strict policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. All Sales Final

  • No Returns: Once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be returned for any reason, including (but not limited to) dissatisfaction with size, fit, style, or condition.

  • No Refunds: Payments made to knit cage are non-refundable. This includes the purchase price, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes.

2. Condition of Merchandise

  • Each item sold by knit cage is pre-owned and may exhibit signs of wear consistent with secondhand goods.

  • We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and photographs of our products.

  • By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that items are sold in used condition, “as-is,” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

3. Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if knit cage ships the wrong item (for example, sending a different product than what was purchased). In such a rare case:

  • The customer must notify knit cage in writing within 3 business days of delivery, including order details and supporting photographs.

  • If verified, knit cage will provide instructions for resolution, which may include exchange for the correct item or store credit at knit cage’s sole discretion.

4. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from knit cage, you expressly agree that:

  • You have read, understood, and accepted this Return & Refund Policy.

  • You understand that all sales are final due to the nature of secondhand goods.

  • You waive any right to chargebacks, disputes, or claims against knit cage related to dissatisfaction with used merchandise, except as outlined in Section 3.
